I'm pretty sure that the current binaries are hosed... Suhaib released them
just before he left... I'm thinking that they weren't really tested all that
well before they were released.  I tried to upload the previous binary
release to our ftp archive, but I gave up.  If you want to give it a shot I
can get you access to my archive of the old binaries.

You have to remember that this is a work in progress...

Also, can you tell us what you are running on (WinNT, W98, W2000, etc) 
and what binary package are you using.
