Well, NO, it (stable release) does not work on WinME, unless you try
Harold Test 7. Follow mail archive for it.
It will I bet work on Windows Whistler (What weird name Whistler).
Finally Microsoft had decided to have a universal edition of Windows
for Home and Business users, with Windows NT Kernel, no more
hack Widnows with 16 bit and 8 bit codes from DOS and Win 3.1.1
squezed in between.
