That's great that the draft document is up!
I'll look into the doctype declaration, but I think it may have something to
do with the Norman Walsh style-sheets... probably not something I can
control. Also, the SGML source already has a document type definition for
DocBook, like the following:
<!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook V4.1//EN">
I'll look into it though. Oh, I'm going to release the sources as soon as
I've had a chance to look at the DocBook tools that Cygwin uses to compile
their SGML; you may have noticed that my HTML files have non-meaningful
names, I believe that the Cygwin tools will give the HTML files meaningful
names, but I think I have to modify the source slightly to use the tools.
