Changes
=======

1) Quote all options to xapp and tapp so that missing parameters don't 
fall off the argument list.  This was causing two problems:

1 a) The "arguments" in X-start-menu-icons-list could not be used if 
icon offset was not being used.

1 b) The icon offset did not work reliably because it referenced $2 
instead of $1 after a shift, which was not correct.

2) Icon deletion was not working because it was trying to delete the 
wrong file name ($2 instead of $1).

3) xterm was not starting a login shell.  After I fixed #1 above I was 
able to pass -ls to xterm so that it would start a login shell; now the 
xterm link is useable.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Once you've downloaded setup.exe, run it and select "X11"
and then click on the appropriate field until the above announced
version number appears if it is not displayed already.

If your mirror doesn't yet have the latest version of these package after
24 hours, you can either continue to wait for that site to be updated or
you can try to find another mirror.

If you're not sure what version do you have you can use the following
command:
$ cygcheck -c xorg-x11-xwin
Cygwin Package Information
Package              Version        Status
xorg-x11-xwin        6.8.1.0-3      OK

For other packages than xorg-x11-xwin use the packagename as parameter.
