I think we have to get Dave sedated quickly.
Could someone send a short message to the cygwin-apps list which
mentions that make 3.81 broke MS-DOS paths building an application that
no one has heard of, wonders if the issue would be fixed in B20, asks
how to download B20, and then uses a really long disclaimer signature?
I don't know if that will be sufficient but it should at least help.
