[PATCH 2/3] Only construct ucontext for SA_SIGINFO signal handlers


	* exceptions.cc (call_signal_handler): Only bother to construct
	the ucontext for signal handlers with SA_SIGINFO set.  Set
	mcontext.oldmask.
