This is a relatively small patch but it is adding new functionality so I
feel more comfortable if we have an assignment.
However, I'll probably apply it anyway on your assurance that you're filing
an assignment now.

The mailing list doesn't filter attachments. I don't know what happened.
It is set to reject html and several other types of attachments but you
should get a bounce not a silent filtering of the email.
