When building CVS, I get the following error:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `sched.o', needed by `new-cygwin1.dll'.  Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/jt/src/cygwin/build/i686-pc-cygwin/winsup/cygwin'
