If GCC would report include file dependencies using slashes instead of
using backslashes, I would be happpy. I could then use my unmodified
own 'smake' source to compile on Cygwin. Being forced to allow backslashes
in filenames that are found in a makfile, you are forced to add non POSIX
make compliant interpretation of make rules.
