Coincidentally, I noticed what might be considered a packaging issue with mutt
the other day: 'cygcheck -c' will always report mutt as 'Incomplete'
$ cygcheck -c mutt
Cygwin Package Information
Package Version Status
mutt 1.5.20-1 Incomplete
This seems to be because mutt installs a couple of .setupnew files into /etc/
and the postinstall script moves them into place (making backups if needed).
Installing the files into /etc/defaults and copying them in the postinstall
script might be a solution.
