Interesting. Does it possibly succeed if you remove the
FILE_OPEN_FOR_BACKUP_INTENT flag?
Unfortunately not.
Any other flags I might remove?

Also I noticed: parameter 5, AllocationSize, should be an int, while NULL is a pointer.
