[ITA] libsmi: A library that allows management applications to access SMI MIB module definitions

Hi

I would like to adopt and maintain the 'libsmi' package from Abe Backus
and split it into 'libsmi/libsmi2/libsmi-devel' packages.


Here are the setup.hint files:
