I'd be happy to review and vote but I haven't seen any packages ITP'd
here, just a long discussion on what Linux distros count. I do see
packages for 4.2-1 that were ITP'd more than 7 months ago, but if the
key point here was that the license changed in 4.3 then that doesn't do
any good.
So, let's not worry so much about the "preapproved if in linux" thing
and just get on with the packages.
