AFAIK, if you're subscribed to cygwin-apps-allow you can post to
cygwin-apps. How you want to read cygwin-apps is up to you. Until this bash
vs. bashdb vs. bash-3 stuff came along, I watched cygwin-apps from Gmane as
well - and my ronald@ account is a bit <blink>y on where it can mail..
IMO, the important thing is to keep up with cygwin-apps and cygwin proper in
some way. How you do it is up to you.

opinion, you'd better listen to them than to me :)
