No, removed it and changed the setup.hint you included to reflect that
the devel stuff is already included.
I don't know what you did, but for one brief moment mhash and a host of
other packages had problems, as reflected in mail from upset. Did you
accidentally remove something besides mhash-devel?
And when I tried to update mhash, gcc-mingw-core was removed.
And gcc-core downgraded to the stable release therefore.
Now I know why side-effect free programming is sometimes preferred. :)
