I think so far this suggestion in its various forms keeps its regular
"posted once in 7 months" schedule... Previous incarnations are at
<http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2003-04/msg00306.html> and
<http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2002-07/msg00363.html>.
Now that we have a resizeable chooser and support for GPG-signing packages
in the generic-build-script, the results of the 2002 discussion might not
be too radical or hard to implement... If we only had some volunteers... ;-)
