[Package Update] zsh-4.0.7-1 and test zsh-4.1.1-1

Hi!
  I've updated zsh to the latest 4.0 tree (4.0.7-1) and build the 4.1
tree as a test (4.1.1-1).

Note that setup.hint contains version information for curr, prev and test
(4.0.7-1, 4.0.6-5, 4.1.1-1).  4.0.7 is the end of the line for the 4.0
tree.  4.1 is the new tree, and thus contains unproven code, which is why
I'd like to make 4.1.1 available for testing at the moment.  Once it's
had a fair shake, it'll be made the most current version.
