I have updated the binary and source packages: I changed a dirty little fix
in sh.h to be an `#ifdef __CYGWIN__' one, and have sent along a patch to the
mainstream maintainer to try and get this into the stock source, Also
created a reverse patch to get the original stock source for pdksh back in
CYGWIN-PATCHES. Oh yeah, and I remembered the postinstall script this time
;-)
