A new version of the patchutils package, 0.3.0-1, is now available for
download for cygwin 1.5, replacing 0.2.31-2 as current. For those testing
cygwin 1.7, patchutils-0.3.0-2 is available.

This is a new upstream release, with upstream changes listed below. See
also the package documentation in /usr/share/doc/patchutils-0.3.0/.
DESCRIPTION:
============
Patchutils is a small collection of programs that operate on patch files.
You can use the programs to combine, filter and split, correct output from
'cvs diff', list and grep patch files.
UPDATE:
=======
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the
http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
Save it and run setup, answer the questions and pick up 'patchutils' from
the 'Devel' category.
DOWNLOAD:
=========
Note that downloads from sources.redhat.com (aka cygwin.com) aren't
allowed due to bandwidth limitations. This means that you will need to
find a mirror which has this update, please choose the one nearest to you:

The lsdiff -H option is now the default, and new options have
been added to filterdiff for reading inclusion/exclusion
patterns from files, and for removing non-diff lines.
