All I can say for now is, if you are affected by the issue: - the server sees your TCP SYN packets, and sends you back a corresponding TCP SYN_ACK packet; - you will never receive the TCP SYN_ACK packet. This is definitely an issue somewhere in the network configuration, but it is not due, as far as we could see, to a misconfiguration of the server.
