Mingw build.

I have a 'Canadian' cross of x64-linux build, i386-mingw host and
arm-linux target. Esben Haabendal posted a patch here,

 http://sourceware.org/ml/crossgcc/2011-03/msg00159.html

I looked through the current 'hg' code for a 'caddr' patch.

 cat $CTNG/glibc/2.13/910-typedef-caddr.patch | patch -p1

I ran this in .build/src/eglibc-2_16/ and all the hunks passed. Without
this, ct-ng was failing in the final steps. It has been since Mar 2011,
since this was reported. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Ie, should glibc/eglibc have this patch? Has it been refused? Or is
there some sort of 'autotools' bug as alluded to in the thread above?

Thanks,
Bill Pringlemeir.
