The patch is in patches/binutils/2.20/210-generate-gnu-hash.patch, in
the source of crosstool-NG, and will be installed in:
${prefix}/lib/ct-ng-1.8.0/patches/[...]

Nope, because the next time crosstool-NG re-extracts the tarballs, it will
again apply the patch.

The patch has now been removed from the repos.
