Actually, I don't think that patch was sufficient in solving the problem. Gcc (pass2) still fails to build because it can't find fenv.h. Maybe CT_SYSROOT_DIR="${CT_PREFIX_DIR}/${CT_TARGET}/usr" when CT_USE_SYSROOT is not set?
