Yes, I'd forgotten that, besides being Thumb2-only, Cortex-M3 was also
MMU-less.


So we need to expose the MMU config option for ARM as well. OK...

that means use uclibc for uclinux or newlib



Use uclibc for Linux. newlib for baremetal.


IMHO don't put too many options in kconfig.
