[CT-NG] Alpha target and binutils report

Hello,

I tried today binutils 2.18.50.0.8 for the Alpha target and it works. The
most up-to-date tool-chain that builds for Alpha is now as follows:

Linux kernel headers: 2.6.25.10 (patch sent yesterday)
Binutils: 2.18.50.0.8
gcc: 4.2.3
glibc: 2.3.6 + linuxthreads
