The domain you listed above is not the official archive of this mailing list
and AFAIK the domain mentioned above isn't even the responsibility of the
maintainers of this list.  You are complaining to the wrong people to
get anything done and this wouldn't be the appropriate forum even if
you were aimed in the right general direction.

You might also want to google your email address.  I got 5 hits on it in
mail archives and none of them were a sourceware.org archive.
