Suggested patch for crosstool 0.44

Subject: Suggested patch for crosstool 0.44

When building glibc-2.3.6 for PowerPC, crosstool always fails with an error:

Error: symbol `__bind' is already defined

The attached patch fixes this problem. It would be nice if it were bundled with crosstool. (Version 0.43 doesn't have any built-in patches at all for glibc-2.3.6.)
