For the record, I would also hire a good crosstool / rpm / shell / Makefile
hacker.  In my case, the job would be in Santa Monica, CA (near Los Angeles)
or possibly Mountain View.

Oh, and if anyone wants to help get the next release of crosstool
out, send me a proposal for what you'd change, and I'll consider
adding you to the list of people who can commit to the svn repository.
