afaik, arm/nptl is in:
glibc trunk/glibc-2.4 
gcc-4.1.0 and better
binutils-2.16.91.x+

so with the glibc-2.4 release right around the corner, you shouldnt have to 
screw around with cvs versions of anything for much longer :)
