Subject: nptl patch

Hi,

I ported the crosstool-0.37 patch to crosstool-0.38 which wasn't any effort to be honest, but found an error in the patch for building powerpc nptl toolchains. The problem is the source directory for pthreadtypes.h is incorrect, which is fixed in the new patch.

I've attached the new patch, can you put it into the contrib area?
