depending on the version of gcc/glibc/binutils you need, you could just use 
Gentoo to emerge a cross-compiler

# emerge crossdev
# crossdev arm-softfloat-linux-gnu

but if you've already built a bunch of toolchains on other machines using 
crosstool, it's prob a better idea to stick with it so your toolchains are as 
similar as possible
