Re: crosstool and uclibc

I am using a crosstool build gcc/glibc crosscompiler for ppc405. It works
great apart from some minor things (probably one of those things that fail
for ppc).

Due to memory constraints however I would like to switch to uClibc. After
some searching it turned out there is a patch for crosstool. I however had
some trouble finding the patches etc. It turned out they are still on your
website but I had to edit some URLs. The version of crosstool and the
patch don't match and the patches don't work. Besides there are two
different patch files.

Can you tell me what my best chance is for building gcc/uClibc for ppc405?
which files etc?

Get http://www.kegel.com/crosstool/crosstool-0.28-rc5.tar.gz unpack it patch it with http://www.kegel.com/crosstool/crosstool-0.28-rc36/contrib/crosstool-uclibc-0.28-rc5-ter.patch Don't know if it'll work properly for ppc405, but it's worth a shot. - Dan
