My GCC can not find the lib files

Subject: My GCC can not find the lib files

Dear Mr: I met with a problem when compiling my program,gcc gave out an error when I use"#include <stdio.h>" or "#include <stdlib.h>",it complainted that"No such file or directory". what should i do to configure the run-time path for gcc? thank you
