Ah, thanks. Somebody else said "make include/asm" was enough, but maybe "make prepare" is more general.

Hey, what about a CVS by the way?

I'm not a big fan of CVS... I do relases quickly after getting stuff into shape, so CVS wouldn't help much here anyway... - Dan
