 Everyone who is capable to produce GCC from its sources,
should also be capable to produce the GCC manuals from their
sources.  People can even use the horribly difficult MS Word and
produce docs with it, so why not being capable to use pdftex or
some other common 'text processing' tools?

 Why these fine scripts for the absolute dummies don't build the
GCC manuals too?  If building them is so difficult for the dummies
(cannot believe so)...

 Just remember that 93% of the internet users still have only
modems so surfing on the net for online docs is rather stupid and
having offline docs like PDF manuals is wiser...
