Yes - just use crosstool.sh without all.sh.
Might be some rough edges, though...

Are you aware of any efforts to unbundle the kernel ABI headers from the full kernel source?


No.  It'd be nice, wouldn't it?   You'd still need to configure
them, though, for those arches that have options (like page size).
I bet it's not really worth the effort at the moment,
lots of other rough edges to address first.
