It looks like you missed the step where you populate your include 
directory with kernel headers.  I highly recommend Kegel's script, it 
automates the whole process.  Arm-linux is a very mature target, the 
tool setup process is well-trodden territory captured by the crosstool 
script.

But, as you have found, it is tedious...
