The source code should be maintained by Redhat but you have to download it from Intel website. I tried xscale-unknown-linux-gnu, it is not supported by newlib. I tried arm-unknown-linux-gnu too, it doesn't work either. It seems the compilation system is looking for glib rather than newlib. I sent an email to newlib maillist, didn't get response yet.
