Petr, I recently did this as a complete newbie, following the instructions on http://www.cygwin.com/xfree/docs/cg/prog-build-cross.html. I used the default cygwin src packages for gcc(3.2.3), binutils, etc. Cygwin->linux is very easy compared to some other platforms I'm trying to get working now! -Nathan Karim Yaghmour wrote: > > Hello Petr, > > Maxa Petr wrote: > > do anyone know about pages devoted to building toolset for crossgcc hosted > > on win2k using CygWin with target=linux. > > There's this one here: > http://www.nanotech.wisc.edu/~khan/software/gnu-win32/cygwin-to-linux-cross-howto.txt > > > I would most appreciate updated pages with experiences to latest releases of > > GCC. > > I don't know if those instructions will work with the latest releases, but > they're probably a good starting point. > > Karim > > -- > Author, Speaker, Developer, Consultant > Pushing Embedded and Real-Time Linux Systems Beyond the Limits > http://www.opersys.com || karim@opersys.com || 514-812-4145 > > ------ > Want more information?
