h8300-elf-gdb-3.2.1 addresses clipped

Guys:

I've noticed that h8300-elf-gdb-5.3 isn't sending all 24 bits of
address for h8300s machines:

Loading section .init, size 0xa lma 0x202000
 Sending packet: $M2000,a:5e2020a05e2022105470#56...Ack
 Packet received: OK
Loading section .text, size 0x246 lma 0x20200c
 Sending packet:
 $M200c,20:7a070027fffc7a00002

Note the difference between the address in the M packet vs. the
address in the lma. Gdb-3.2.1 works correctly.

Has anyone else seen this, before I start hunting it down?
