Just finished getting --target=arm-elf built.

So, my problem was that I was using build-cross.sh script, which
isn't up to date or something, not sure. Anyway, following the
script submitted by Enrico it worked fine.

I think this script should be pointed to to lots of beginners,
and probably in the FAQ too (or build-cross.sh update?)
