NT to M680xx ?

We are seeking a gcc cross compiler (& toolset ) targeting the >Motorola
68030 +.   
We'd like to our host to be an i86-NT PC (we have many available)  --  but
we also have a single Sun UltraSparc Solaris box (heavily loaded).  
Please give us your recommendations & experiences with gcc cross compilers
for M68K.
