Hi Brian,

we are using the Forth i386EX module with CAN-chip on board.

Features see below.......

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Forth 80386EX Microcontroller Module Features

     Intel 386EX 32-bit CMOS Microcontroller
Programmable system clock from 0 to 25MHZ
256KByte zero wait state SRAM (1MByte optional)
     64 MByte processor address range
1 DIP socket for 128 or 512 KByte Boot Flash or EPROM (not included)
Optional 2 or 4 MByte solid state Flash Disk
Optional CAN controller for networking (Intel 82527)
2 64 pin headers with all CPU and memory signals for interfacing to custom board
In system programming of Flash memory - external 12 V or 5 V supported
2 DMA channels (included in 386EX)
2 asynchronous serial interfaces (16C450 compatible)
1 synchronous interface with high transmission rate (greater than 1Mbit/second)
6 programmable chip select signals - 4 user programmable
     Programmable integrated watchdog timer
     3 timer/counters
External interrupt inputs with doubled 8259 interrupt controller
     MAX707 reset control
24 parallel I/O lines free for use
JTAG boundary scan unit built in
Onboard logic isp2032 can be programmed in circuit
     Very Small Size 2.1" x 3.2" (53 X 82 mm)
4 layer double-sided surface mount printed circuit board
Current consumption 300mA typical at 5V
     +5 volt only operation
