The plumber does not get paid this well to put pipes together; he gets
paid this well to run a business effectively. There are computer
engineers that run businesses effectively too, and they get paid this
well for it. The lesson here is you do not get paid 6 digits to ply a
craft; you get paid 6 digits to run a business.
