[GFS2] gfs2_fsck: Fix operation on 'ptr' may be undefined warnings
Occurrences of *ptr++ in fs_recovery.c made gcc throw up "operation on 'ptr'
may be undefined" warnings. This patch disambiguates those occurrences.
