OpenRISC CPU description

Hi!

I have attached a CPU description of the OpenRISC CPU family. You
could maybe look through it and give me some comments.

My goal is to contribute it to CGEN and make the OpenRISC port of
binutils and GNU simulators a part of the official distribution.

; OpenRISC 1000 is an architecture of a family of open source,
; synthesizeable RISC microprocessor cores. It is a 32-bit load
; and store RISC architecture designed with emphasis on speed,
; compact instruction set and scalability. OpenRISC 1000 targets
; wide range of embedded environments.
