Declare the hardware items as dual-isa (i.e., explicitly list all isas
in the attributes list).
Hypothetically suppose the thumb registers (0 to 15) were mapped to arm
registers 16 to 31. Where would you perform the translation magic? As I
understood it, this requires virtual hardware with getters/setters to handle
it.
