This patch (and the other one) does not apply, perhaps because of your
mail client choosing the RFC 3676 flowed format, where spaces are
interpreted rather than being passed as is. I.e. you have this:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"; format=flowed
in mail headers. The practical effect is that any initial leading space
on individual lines in the patch body has been doubled, preventing the
patch from matching the existing context.
Would you please resubmit the patches with the problem removed?
