Commit: Fix compile time warnings building with gcc 6.1.1.

Hi Guys,

I recently tried building various binutils targets with the gcc 6.1.1
compiler from the forthcoming Fedora 24 release, and encountered a few
new compile time warnings. So I am checking in the patch below to fix
  them.

Cheers
  Nick
