	gas/testsuite/gas/ft32/insn.s - add testsuite for FT32.
	* include/dis-asm.h, include/elf/common.h, include/elf/ft32.h,
	include/opcode/ft32.h - add support for FT32.
	* ld/, ld/, ld/configure.tgt,
	ld/emulparams/, ld/scripttempl/ -
	add support for FT32.
	* opcodes/, opcodes/, opcodes/configure,
	opcodes/, opcodes/disassemble.c,
	opcodes/ft32-dis.c, opcodes/ft32-opc.c - add support for
